a) Trading as a service b) Interactive chatbots on Telegram and Discord c) Customizable web dashboards d) Consulting services for institutions

1. User Accounts

a) When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. b) You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. c) You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

1. Alpha Algorithm Access

a) Our exclusive alpha-generating trading algorithm is offered to a limited number of users at a time via a rotating waitlist model. b) Selection for access is at our sole discretion. c) We reserve the right to revoke access at any time without prior notice.

1. Use of Service

You agree not to use the Service:

a) In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation. b) To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail", "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation. c) To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Welix Fintech, a Welix Fintech employee, another user, or any other person or entity. d) In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Welix Fintech and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both India and foreign countries.

1. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

1. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Welix Fintech, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
